Shipping and Receiving

  • Bag Size: Each bag is approximately 5” x 7” x 2.5” with a 12” tall stick, and comes with 3 oz. of cotton candy.

  • Shipping: Free Ground Shipping included. Made fresh to order — we time production close to your event date. Order at least 2 weeks before your event (3 weeks East Coast). Select your event date at checkout — we work backward. Need it sooner? Email hello@thejollysheep.com.

  • Pickup: Select local pickup at checkout, our cotton candy and popcorn factory is located in Norwalk, CA right off I-5 and Imperial Hwy.

  • How long does it last? Shape and texture guaranteed for 10 days from receipt, a month or longer kept sealed and away from humidity. Once opened, serve same day or re-seal airtight. Best if Used by 60 days.
