Site Requirements
POWER
Our churro fryer is connected to propane and requires outdoor preparation. Our churro glass warmer requires a standard 15/20A outlet within 100 ft. of the service area. We can split the cart service from the cooking, but it will require the cost of an additional attendant.
If you have an event of several hundred people, and require fast service from the cart we recommend making space behind the cart for the frying operation.
SPACE, CLEARANCE, LOAD IN/OUT
See the image to the right for reference.
Setup area: With umbrella we recommend at least an 8 x 8 ft. area, with at least 5 ft. distance from any rear walls.
Cooking area: The churro frying requires another 3 x 6 ft. area either behind the cart setup area or in another location.
Height: The umbrella requires 10 ft. of vertical clearance.
Width: Measure your spaces to ensure we can reach your intended service area. Our carts vary in size and need from 30 to 36” width to pass.
Stairs/Hard to reach areas: We may need to charge a service fee for additional labor if the cart needs to be carried up long flights of stairs. Best discussed during the booking process.

The real churro guys fry on site, and so do we. We also employ a full-time pro staff, custom-brand your carts and packaging with your logo, color-match your sugar, and focus on delivering a high-quality bite at a larger scale: up to 300 churros per hour.

Well, we didn’t say it but we had a client or two say it. Hey we love a Disneyland churro, and a stroll through Disneyland! It all comes down to one thing: we fry them fresh on the cart at your event instead of reheating frozen ones in a warmer.

Our standard is a 1 lb kraft tray lined with food service paper. We can print your branding on the paper, switch to sleeves, or use other packaging to fit your event. We can also color-match the churro sugar to your event colors for a custom look. Lead times apply for certain custom branding options.

The warmer needs a standard 15 or 20 amp outlet, about 800 watts, within 100 feet of the service area. The frying runs on propane, so it needs no electricity.

Because we fry on site, churros need a little more room than our other carts. Plan for about 8 by 12 feet, with clearance behind the cart for the cooking station.

The cart and serving can be indoors, but the frying runs on propane and has to happen outside. If your serving spot is indoors and away from the cooking area, we add an attendant to run fresh churros over so they reach guests hot.

We plate 7 to 8 churros every 90 seconds per cart, around 300 an hour, and we scale up with additional carts and staff for larger events and activations.

Every churro is rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with dark chocolate and caramel drizzle. Whipped cream is available on request for an additional fee.
