Accessibility Statement

The Jolly Sheep is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working toward conformance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards, and we continue to improve the experience for every visitor.

Our ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. Recent and continuing work includes:

• Correcting text and button color contrast toward AA targets across the site

• Adding visible keyboard focus indicators so people navigating without a mouse can see where they are

• Adding play and pause controls to background and feature videos, and honoring reduced-motion browser settings

• Improving descriptive alt text on images

• Labeling form fields and file uploads so they are announced by screen readers

• Replacing an embedded reviews display with accessible content we control

• Confirming that shopping (add to cart) and our quote request forms can be completed using a keyboard alone

• We audit the site regularly with more than one accessibility tool and fix barriers as we find them.
