Tire sur la neige aka maple syrup on snow: Canada Day in LA
As LA natives, we had no idea this existed and how delicious it is! Depending on your region, you might call it la tire, sugar on snow, jack candy, or maple taffy. We actually ran this delicious treat twice: for the Canadian consulate and for the Amazon Prime premiere of “The Sticky” about a multi-million dollar maple syrup heist.

For TikTok Shop's Black Friday and Cyber Monday seller forum in October 2025, we ran a five-station spread in a single deployment: french fries, hot chocolate, coffee, lemonade, plus fresh fruit cups with Tajín, a custom request we built for the event.
