After your order is confirmed, each batch is spun, color-matched to your brand, sealed in individual bags, and shipped. Because every order is custom-produced, plan around our production lead times rather than expecting same-day stock.

Our standard process is made to order with lead times, but if you're in a rush, email or call us and we'll see what we can do. Local pickup at our Norwalk facility is usually the fastest route, and smaller orders are often the most doable on short notice. Orders confirmed before our 5:30 PM UPS cutoff can ship the same day, with next-day ground delivery to most Southern California addresses. Reach out and we'll give you a straight answer on timing.

Production lead times depend on order volume: 5 days for orders up to 250 units, 7 days for 300–999 units, and 10 days for 1,000+ units. Production lead time begins after order confirmation and design approval. Add shipping time based on your needs, we can confirm!

Cotton candy doesn't spoil, it loses fluffiness as humidity compacts the spun sugar. Kept sealed in a cool, dry place away from humidity, its shape and texture are guaranteed for 10 days from the time you receive it, and it holds up a month or longer in good conditions. Best if Used by 60 days from delivery. Once opened, serve immediately, or re-seal in an airtight container and serve within 1 day.

Popcorn keeps its crunch for about 2 weeks sealed, and is Best if Used by 30 days from delivery.

Due to the sensitive nature of cotton candy, and our fresh-to-order business model, we focus mainly on shipping to the United States, and Canada. Please reach out to us so we can discuss shipments to your particular location.

For custom orders of cotton candy and popcorn, full payment must be made before production of your order begins. For corporate accounts and existing clients, NET 30 terms are available. Payments accepted: ACH, wire, check, or major credit card.

Yes, that's what we do! Cotton candy and popcorn are color-matched to your brand standards, custom-printed labels are produced in-house, and flavors are blended to your specification. Yes. Our eco-friendly favor system uses cellulose film bags certified to ASTM D6400, EN 13432, EN 14995, and ISO 17088 (industrially compostable), paired with PURE Labels, a BPI-certified compostable label stock and adhesive. Used for clients including Toyota's Stagecoach Festival activation. Available as an upgrade across bulk orders.

Yes. We supply Certificates of Insurance (up to $5M per occurrence), W-9 forms, and health permits. Most vendor onboarding documents can be returned within 1–2 business days of your request.
