The Jolly Sheep is run by Catch and Party LLC in Norwalk, California. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect and why

We collect information for three reasons:

To fulfill your orders. When you buy from us or request an event quote, we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details so we can make and deliver what you asked for. Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

To understand how our site is used. We're a small business, and analytics tools help us see what's working and fix what isn't.

To send you information about us. If you sign up or order, we may email you about products, events, and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for the reasons above. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, including pages viewed and general behavior. These tools use identifiers tied to your browser or device, and the data is shared with those providers, who may use it under their own privacy terms.

Advertising

We use advertising tools from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, and LinkedIn. These let us show our ads to people who have visited our site and measure whether they work. To do this, we share certain information with those platforms, and they may use it for their own advertising purposes.

Embedded content

Some pages show an Instagram feed or video. These may set their own cookies and are governed by those companies' privacy policies.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business (payment, shipping, email, analytics, and advertising platforms) and only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can opt out of cookies and tracking by adjusting your browser settings, by using the ad-preference controls offered by Google, Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and through industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info. You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@thejollysheep.com.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to these signals.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above and post the new version here.
