Use the link in your order confirmation email — enter your email and the confirmation code to see your status, tracking, and shipping details anytime.

Anytime! If your event is in July, we’ll take your order in January and mark it on our calendar for ship out as close to your receive-by date as possible. We don’t produce your order until right before ship out either, so you’ll receive the freshest product.

Based on the receive-by date you tell us at the add-to-cart stage, we’ll record it and mark it for ground shipment to hit that date. To be safe you may even receive your order a day or two beforehand.

If your order has not entered production yet, we will be glad to refund or credit 100% of your order. Please email hello@thejollysheep.com or call us at 213-204-3189 with your order # as soon as possible.

It depends on your location, and our current production schedule. If you need an order sooner than 3 weeks on the east coast, or 10 days on the west coast we recommend you email us directly with your order so we can quote you directly.

Cotton candy doesn't spoil, it loses fluffiness as humidity compacts the spun sugar. Kept sealed in a cool, dry place away from humidity, its shape and texture are guaranteed for 10 days from the time you receive it, and it holds up a month or longer in good conditions. Best if Used by 60 days from delivery. Once opened, serve immediately, or re-seal in an airtight container and serve within 1 day.
Popcorn keeps its crunch for about 2 weeks sealed, and is Best if Used by 30 days from delivery.

We offer our freshness guarantee that means you will receive 100% of your order in fresh and useable condition. If you received a damaged order we will be happy to discuss a full replacement or refund. Please contact us directly via email or phone with details about your order.

For cotton candy, only our pina colada flavor contains coconut which is considered a tree nut allergen.
Our butter-flavor popcorn is made with all natural and organic butter flavoring, where only the flavor compounds remain and all protein allergens are no longer present. Our cheddar cheese popcorn contains milk.

Many of our listings are fully vegan, gluten-free, and use mostly organic ingredients. While we don’t carry kosher certification, many of our ingredients are kosher certified. Please refer to each product listing for the exact certifications.

Our listings start at a minimum of 15 units, and are meant for customized events and gatherings. In the future we may release a taster box, stay tuned!
