Shipping and Receiving

  • Bag Size: Each bag is approximately 4" x 4" x 7" in volume, with at least 2.5 oz of cotton candy by weight. Nearly twice the cotton candy of our mini bag — sized for adult-leaning crowds, longer events, and celebrations worth making a little bigger.

  • Shipping: Free Ground Shipping included. Made fresh to order — we time production close to your event date so your favors arrive at peak quality. Order at least 2 weeks before your event (3 weeks for East Coast delivery). Select your event date at checkout — we'll work backward to ensure your favors arrive in time. Need your order sooner? Email hello@thejollysheep.com and we'll see what's possible.

  • Pickup: Select local pickup at checkout, our cotton candy and popcorn factory is located in Norwalk, CA right off I-5 and Imperial Hwy.

  • How long does it last? 2-4 weeks after receipt if stored properly. Keep cotton candy sealed and away from humidity/humid areas as much as possible.
